What do I need to do when I am moving to a new home?

If electricity is not available at your new premise, please apply Request Power to establish a new contract. If electricity is available at your new premise, please apply Change of Contract Name to change the contract ownership. You may simply go to apply in our eService, send us a letter or visit us in person during office hours. What do I need to do if I am moving out of my apartment?

If you are moving out from your existing apartment, please notify us by applying Termination Power and Refund Guarantee Deposit.  You may simply go to apply in our eService, send us a letter or visit us in person during office hours. Is my subscribed demand sufficient?

If you have more electrical appliances than before and encounter frequent electricity tripped off, your existing meter size may be inadequate to cater the loads of all your electric appliances. You may first consult an experienced electrician to estimate the total subscribed demand required and apply for an upgrade - Change Subscribed Demand. Simply go to apply in our eService, call our Infor Line 2833 9911, send us a letter or visit us in person during office hours. Can I change the postal address of my bill?

For changing postal address, you may apply in eService, submit a letter, e-mail, or go to our Customer Contact Centres in person or by fax at 2833 9912.

What is e-Bill?

Instead of receiving traditional paper bill, you will receive your bill by email.  Subscribing e-bill eliminates the risk of late delivery and lost mail, and reduces paper consumption. Registered customers can go to eService and sign up now.

What can I do to avoid forgetting to pay my bill?

Sign up autopay service to enjoy hassle-free payment with your bank account or credit card. To make things even simpler, sign up for the payment reminder service and you will receive SMS/email reminders on Bill Issue Date, before Payment Due Date and Avoid Disconnection Date. You will also be notified when there is unsuccessful autopay transaction with our enhanced service.
