CEM hosts Closing Ceremony of CEM Executive Training Program 2012-2013

On 8 Oct 2013, a Closing Ceremony of CEM Executive Training Program 2012-2013 was held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau. The ceremony was officiated by the CEM Chief Executive Officer, Franklin Willemyns. During the ceremony, training certificates were awarded to the 28 employees who have completed the program.

The Executive Training Program is one of CEM’s structural training programs, targeting at current and potential key position holders. It is expected that through this kind of programs, better communication and more experience sharing can be generated among employees and departments, in addition to the enhancement of competence. CEM Executive Training Program 2012-2013 is composed of 3 modules, with topics on Leadership Advantage, High Performing Teams and High Impact Presentations.

Franklin Willemyns took the opportunity to appreciate the great efforts put by the participants in the training program. He remarked that the proposed new management plans from the group projects not only improving operational efficiency but also enhancing employee productivity. He further expressed his gratitude to the trainers from Hong Kong for their support in this training program, and to all the supervisors and colleagues for their great support and cooperation to all participants to facilitate their participation in the training.

CEM has a variety of training and development programs to meet the learning needs of its employees, and to ensure that employees at all levels are given the opportunity to further develop and enhance their skills. The Company also conducts annual analysis on training to align the learning and development programs with the company’s business needs.
