This year marked the golden jubilee of CEM. In the past half century, CEM had been playing an active role in nurturing talents and providing upward mobility opportunities for younger generation. With the rapid development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, there is an increasing demand for power services, and more opportunities for development are expected to be brought by the initiative to the industry. For this, CEM will continue to devote training resources in nurturing talents for the industry to support the long-term development of Macau.

Tommy Lau stated that the program was specially organized for CEM staff with outstanding performance and potential for promotion. Through a variety of learning methods, including experiential learning, self-profiling tools, case studies, role plays, group discussions, practices and presentations, etc., YDP enhanced the management ability of participants in all aspects. He urged participants to apply the knowledge at work and create value for the team and the company, as well as continue to improve themselves on this basis to maintain a good habit of lifelong learning.

CEM has always attached great importance to employee training and has continued to provide various types of internal training courses over the years to enhance employees' skills in management, customer service, occupational safety and interpersonal communication, etc., eventually helping them to achieve upward mobility.
